Anxiety, Depression and ADHD in an Adult

September 03, 2013

A fifty something woman loses her job. She seeks medical help and is diagnosed with Adult ADHD. Placed on several different medications, all of which create unbearable headaches, she seeks another way. Her therapist recommends Neurofeedback. After 30 sessions, she returns to the therapist and is re-tested on a variety of cognitive skills. All tests show a one to two standard deviation improvement! The client reports not only improved concentration and focus, but also a significant reduction is anxiety and depression. She feels like she is living as she was meant to live.
